My story
I spent twelve years in HR, the last five leading a people team through two reorganisations and a merger. I saw how much a good conversation can change a career.
In 2016 I trained as a coach and left to do that work full time. Since then I've worked with more than 300 people, from first-time managers to founders.
How I work
Calm, direct and practical. I ask good questions, I listen more than I talk, and I'll tell you when I think you're avoiding something.
Certified by the International Coaching Federation. Trained in strengths-based and solution-focused coaching.
